Agriscience 1 grades 9 – 12 ( 0.50 Credit )

This course will prepare students for careers in agriscience.  Agriculture is the world’s largest industry, so the critical nature of understanding hor agriculture must thrive in unpredictable conditions cannot be overstated. Students will gain an understanding of some of the fundamental issues in agriscience, including safety, enrironmental factors such as climate change and extreme-weather conditions, plant and animal science and food safety.
