Speech Grades 9 – 12 (0.50 credit)

This course is an introduction to public speaking that emphasizes the communication process, types of speeches, and argumentation.  This course will better prepare students for public speaking situations, decrease speaker anxiety, and provide them with basic principles of research and organization needed for effective speeches.
